Coast Guards in Chittagong detained a Thai fishing boat from Karnafuli River on charge o f illegal intrusion in Chittagong port area.
The trawler, named FV Nannavi, was seized with eight crew members, 5 Thai and 3 Myanmar nationals, on Thursday night.
Confirming the matter to this correspondent Coast Guard operation officer Mohiuddin said, a case was filed with Karnafuli Thana in this connection.The detained crew members handed over to Karnaphuli thana police.
