Tex Style BD Limited emerged as the champions of the Raman Lamba & Daulat-uz-Zaman T20 Trophy beating Computer Source Limited by 40 runs in the final at the Residential Model School & College Ground in Mohammadpur on Saturday.
Electing to bat first, Tex Style BD Limited piled up a mammoth total of 212 in the allotted 20 overs and then they bundled out Computer Source Limited for 172 in 20 overs.
Rohit of Tex Style BD Limited notched up 67 from 36 balls while his teammate Saiful made 49 off 25 balls.
Later, Nayeem of Computer Source Limited scored 55 runs. Saiful of Tex Style BD Limited took one wicket.
Saiful was adjudged the Man of the Match.
Rohit was adjudged the Best Batsman of the Tournament with 345 runs while Joy was adjudged the Best Bowler of the Tournament with 10 wickets.
After the final match, former captain of Bangladesh National Cricket team and Selector of Bangladesh Cricket Board Minhazul Abedin Nannu distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest.
