Staff Reporter :The members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive arrested 10 muggers from the capital’s New Elephant Road area on Monday afternoon.The identities of the muggers could not be known instantly. They also seized a pistol, two magazines, 16 round of bullets, two swords and machete, RAB official said. RAB-3 Operation Officer Arafat Hossain said that a team of the elite force conducted a drive at New Elephant Road under New Market Police Station and arrested them in the afternoon.The arrested persons are being questions in this connection, the RAB official said. A case had been filed regarding the incident, he said.
