A teenage boy has reportedly remained missing from Boro Fechchi Bazar area under Asharakandi union in Jagannathpur upazila of the district since July 20.
The missing boy was identified as Ashraful Karim, 15, son of Md Kuresh Miah, a resident of the village.
Kuresh Miah filed a General Diary (GD) with Jagannathpur Police Station on last Saturday.
According to the GD, Ashraful Karim went to local Boro Fechchi Bazar around 3:00 pm on July 20. Since then, he had remained missing.
The family searched for him at all possible places but found no trace of him, said Kuresh Miah.
Ashraful was wearing a three-quarter jeans pant, a red colour vest and a white colour full hand shirt, he added.
