Team BJMC completed their Manyavar Bangladesh Premier Football League campaign with a winning note outplaying Feni Soccer Club by 4-1 goals at the Bangabandhu National Stadium here on Monday.
After the day’s feat, Team BJMC finished 7th in the 11-team league securing 22 points from all 20 matches while Feni Soccer Club bagged the 8th slot in the league table with 18 points from 20 league engagements.
Elita struck twice for Team BJMC in the 36th and 76th (P) minute while Faisal and Ziku netted the other goals for Team BJMC in the 45th and 78th minute respectively.
Sohel netted the consolation goal for Feni Soccer Club in the added time (90+4 minute).
Holders Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club will play Dhaka Abahani Limited in the remaining league match on Thursday.
Two times Bangladesh champions Sheikh Jamal DC, who emerged unbeaten group champions in the AFC Cup play-off Qualifiers after playing 1-1 draw with five-time Kyrgyzstan champions FC Alga at Dolen Omurzakov Stadium in Bishkek on Saturday, will return home on Tuesday.
