The teacher’s ethos, principles, norms, values, thoughts and thinking are deeply influenced by the students. The teachers became artisans to create enlightened people. Besides, he is a good artisan for creating good people besides inspiring the learners in various ways. Teachers should have accountability to themselves. By teaching students, get education of ethics, morality and values from their teachers. Therefore, they should keep up their image to the students.
Improvement in education is necessary to address the challenges of the 21st Century Global Village. The trained teachers need to improve their education. Now anyone who wishes to become a teacher, he needs registration and certification. Earlier, teachers felt that teaching in the classroom was finished. But in order to be a qualified teacher, they have to learn through the technical training and class management of modern teaching methods.

And with the awareness, concentration, sincerity, sense of responsibility and sincere efforts of these Nobel professionals, this country can grow as a gold Bangladesh. For this reason, artisans need proper training. Teacher-educators need proper training, proper environment and proper teaching methods with modern materials. It is important to note that as well as good training, self-confidence increases as the speed and success of learning depends on the teaching method. Good preparation brings a lot of confidence to the teacher. It confirms all the essential points and arguments of education. The teacher has to fight over time for work stress.
