A three-day “Teachers’ Conference and World Teachers’ Day 2016” has concluded on Thursday at Cox’s Bazar with Primary and Mass Education Minister Mostafizur Rahman, MP, declared the end of the gathering as the chief guest.
Director General (administration) of Prime Minister’s Office and project director of a2i Kabir Bin Anwar, director general of Directorate of Primary Education Md Alamgir attended the function as special guest.
Organized jointly by a2i, Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, Ministry of Education and Cox’s Bazar district administration, the concluding ceremony of the conference was presided over by Cox’s Bazar deputy commissioner Md Ali Hossain. This year World Teachers’ Day was observed with the presence of teachers selected from across the country, who did great in making digital contents and in conducting multimedia classrooms. Teachers were given special awards for their contribution in different education-based projects of a2i.
