Two promising actors Tawsif Mahbub and Safa Kabir started their acting career in the small screen at same time. Under the direction of Adnan Al Rajib on February 13, 2013 Safa and Tawsif acted first play titled @18 All-time Dourer Upor was aired. From that time to till date they are very good friends.
The persons who are working in media they are well known about their friendship. They are going to celebrate four years of their friendship this February 13. To celebrate the day, they are planning to arrange a special programme.
Safa and Tawsif will be seen together on the screen of Rtv in a Jakaria Showkhin directed a play titled Tomake Ashtei Hobey. In the play, Tawsif and Safa will be seen in roles of Sabbir and Joana respectively.
After looking at first sight Sabbir falls in love with Joana. But she starts to avoid him. At last, viewers have to wait to watch the last result of the story of the play till February 13.
While talking about his friendship with Safa and about the play Tawsif told this correspondent, “Safa is one of my best friends. Among the contemporary actresses, Safa is outstanding. I always enjoy her company. Story of Showkhin Bhai’s play is really nice. We worked in the play very cordially. I hope viewers will enjoy the play.”
Safa Kabir shared her feelings by this way, “From the beginning I and Tawsif are very good friend. He is such friend by whom I can rely most. For this reason, I can work with him comfortably. In the play Tomake Ashtei Hobey, we acted in two lead roles. We are very much optimistic about the play.”
For the last four years Safa and Tawsif worked together in many plays under the direction of Meher Afroze Shaon, Redoan Roni, Imraul Rafat, Atiq Zaman, Golam Muktadir Shan, among others. They also worked as pair in serials Redoan Roni’s Candy-crush, Sajjad Sumon’s Chewing-gum and Ashutosh Sujon’s Three Sisters.
