Shooting of noted actor and director Tawquir Ahmed’s directed fourth movie Oggatonama began at Pangsha in Rajbari recently. Basically casting Mosharraf Karim and Nipun Tawquir has started its shooting. Mosharraf and Nipun are acting in roles of Farhad and Beauty respectively in the movie.
Earlier Mosharraf Karim had experience to work under Tawquir’s direction but for the first time Nipun is acting under his direction in any movie.
While talking about his direction in the movie Tawquir Ahmed told this correspondent, “After a long waiting I have started shooting of my fourth directed movie. It is a joyful matter for me because many reputed actors are working in my movie. I am feeling good. I am trying my level best to make a nice movie. I believe without any hamper I can complete shooting of this movie.”
Actor Mosharraf Karim said, “Earlier I had worked under Tawquir’s direction in TV play and movie. He is a talented director. I always feel comfortable to work under his direction. I always think that I can learn many things from him working under his direction. The role of Farhad is challenging. I hope it will be a nice movie for the time being.”
Actress Nipun shared her feelings by this way, “Under Tawquir Bhai’s direction I am working for the first time. He is my favourite actor. I am feeling well to work under his direction. He works slowly but in organized way. Viewers will invent me with new way in this movie.” Story, script and dialogue of Oggatnama were also written by Tawquir himself. Shooting of first phase will continue till June 4. It may be mentioned that under Tawquir’s direction Mosharraf Karim acted in play Joshnakal, and movies Joyjatra, Daruchini Dip and Rupkothar Golpo. As Best Producer Tawquir got National Film Award in 2004 for movie Joyjatra. Now on Banglavision Tawquir Ahmed and Mosharraf Karim’s acted and Sagor Jahan’s directed serial Rascal is being aired. They are acting in role of two siblings ithe serial.
