Tauhidul Islam has been promoted to the position of General Manager of state-owned Sonali Bank Limited. Prior, he served as Company Secretary of the bank, said a press release.
Tauhidul Islam joined Sonali Bank Limited as Financial Analyst (Senior Officer) in 1995.
He served as Manager London branch and Operation manager of Sonali Bank (UK) Limited; Human Resource Management Division; Principal Office, Dhaka-East in his long 26 years of banking career. He attended different workshops and seminars on different banking issues in home and abroad.
