India’s Tata Motors Ltd has opened its branch office in Dhaka last week, says a press release.
The branch office will help to build up customer’s confidence.
Present in Bangladesh since 1972, with partners Nitol Motors Ltd, their sole distributors, the company today enjoys a market share of over 65% in Bangladeshi commercial vehicles industry.
The company also has JV for CKD assembly “NITA” with partners Nitol Motors Ltd at Jessore, Bangladesh.
On the occasion Ravindra Pisharody, Executive Director, CVBU, Tata Motors Ltd, emphasized on the company’s long term commitment to Bangladesh and enable the company to grow stronger in the country.
