Sheikh Arif Bulbon :Noted actor Tariq Anam Khan and popular actor Fazlur Rahman Babu worked together in Enamul Karim Nirjhor’s movie Aha! They acted in two important roles in that film. Before and after that movie they performed in several faction plays together.For the first time, these two popular actors worked together in a drama serial. Title of the serial is Golapi Manjil. Farzana Afrin Rupa wrote script of the serial under the adaptation of Salma Bani’s novel. Taher Shipon is giving direction of the serial.In the serial, Tariq Anam is acting in role of Khaza Bodiul, last inherited of Pink (Golapi) Manjil (Ahsan Manjil). Fazlur Rahman Babu is acting in role of a cart-driver. Shooting of the serial began in the city’s Uttara are recently. While talking about the serial Tariq Anam Khan told this correspondent, “Story of the serial is absolutely different from others where lifestyle, cultre, traditional values and overall everything of a region are being portrayed vividly. For this reason, I like to work in this serial. Therefore, Taher Shipon is a reputed director. He is trying to make the serial nicely.”Fazlur Rahman Babu shared his feelings by this way, “I always like to work with Tariq Anam Bhai. I believe I can learn something new while working with him. Full unit of Taher Shipon is doing well.”Director Taher Shipon informed that from February the serial will go on air on Channel i. Besides Tariq Anam and Fazlur Rahman Babu, Monira Mithu, Himel Hafiz, Shyamal Mawla, among others, are also acting in other roles in the serial.
