Sheikh Arif Bulbon :While performing as a model in TV commercial or acting in TV play and serial popular actress Tareen is very much choosy and selective. As a result, she does not appear on the screen frequently. Recently Tareen performed as a model in three new TVCs. All these TVCs were nicely made and Tareen is getting appreciation from the viewers for these now. Specially Tareen performed a new TVC of Bexi Fabrics which is being aired in all the local channels including three satellite channels of Kolkata from May 12. This TVC was made by Rana Masud. Tareen is really impressed in this regard. Meanwhile, last week Tareen has finished shooting of a special play titled ‘Bhangachura,’ which story is an adaptation from a short story written by Zahir Raihan. She played in role of Tuni in the play who hails from an aristocratic family but after getting marriage she selects a survival life. While talking about her works Tareen told this correspondent, “I may be recall that I earlier worked under the story based on Zahir Raihan’s story. But the role of Tunu is very challenging. I hope viewers will enjoy it. I am grateful to advertisement-maker Rana Masud and his unit for making a nice TVC of Bexi Fabrics in which I was presented nicely. I always prefer to perform as a model rather than working in TV plays because within very short time it is presented for the viewers. For this reason, if I get good story and offer from a good product to perform in its TVC I can agree to work.”It may be mentioned that Ashutosh Sujon made script and dialogue of the play ‘Bhangachura.’ It will be aired on NTV in Eid-ul-Fitr. Riaz was co-actor Tareen in the play, Tareen said.
