Tareen first worked with Suborna Mustafa in Bangladesh Television’s once popular serial Sangshaptak. While working in the serial, Tareen started her acting career under maintaining strict regulation by Suborna.

When Tareen got an offer from director Arif Khan to act in an Eid telefilm against Suborna after a break of three years Tareen agreed to work. Scripted by Badrul Anam Soud Tareen and Suborna worked together in a telefilm titled Chhutir Ek Diney.
While talking about the Eid telefilm director Arif Khan told this correspondent, “Family life complexities and different expectations of our daily life are the main theme of the story of the telefilm. Shooting of the telefilm began in the city’s Uttara area on Friday.”
Suborna shared her feelings by this way, “Under Arif’s direction I have working for many days. He is a talented director. If I tell about Tareen she is one of the most talented actresses in our country now. She has been working with me during her childhood. During her childhood I dominated her but now it turned into love and affection. It is really matter that we have to give less effort while working with such an actress like Tareen. In the meantime, my work also becomes good. I hope viewers will like to watch our performances.”
Tareen said, “Sometimes Suborna Apa treated with me like my mother while some other times liked my elder sister. I have positively accepted her dominancy over me. She always remains with me as like my mother. To pass times with her is always memorable to me. It is really a great luck for me to work with her in a telefilm together. I give Arif Bhai thanks to cast me in his telefilm.”
