National Film Award winning noted actor and director Shahiduzzaman Selim and Tareen Jahan worked together in a television drama titled Alik Bibhrom. Jenny also acted in an important role in the drama. Directed by Chayanika Chowdhury, shooting of the drama was held in different locations in the capital recently.
While talking about acting in the drama Tareen said, “After many days, I worked with Selim Bhai in a TV drama. I have liked story of the drama. In fact, Iffat Arefin Mahmood Tonni wrote a nice story for the drama.” Viewers are still very much eager to watch reputed actors’ works on the screen. In this case, Chayanika Chowdhury as a director, not only works with newcomers but also with senior actors. As an example, she has already made a drama Swati Nokkhotrer Aloy casting Tariq Anam Khan and Sadia Islam Mou. Basically Chayanika creates a connectivity between newcomer and senior actors. When the drama Alik Bibhrom will be aired yet not confirmed. Chayanika informed that
she will make a movie every year. Meanwhile, on the occasion of completing 10 years of Joyeeta, Shomi Kaiser’s Dhanshiri got the scope
to make a documentary where Chayanika will work as project director. To act in Sohel Hasan’s previous drama No Prem No Biye, Tareen got huge response from the viewers.
