Taposh vows to make DSCC corruption free

Awami League Mayoral candidate Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh has assured of making Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) free from corruption if he is elected in the upcoming city polls.
“The DSCC will remain open 24 hours for city dwellers and no utility offices will be allowed to dig open any city street after repairing works,” he told this on Monday, while addressing as the key discussant at a view-exchange meeting at Shawkat Osman auditorium of Public Library.
Taposh said that no utility agency will be allowed to dig open city streets within three years after its repair. Chairman of National Tea Company Sheikh Kabir Hossain addressed the function as the chief guest.
“Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh is an honest and sincere candidate for the upcoming city polls. He will be able to make Dhaka city a modern and clean one,” he said.
Chaired by President of Amra Tungipara Bashi Sheikh Sayeedul Islam, the function was moderated by its general secretary M M Kamal Haider.
Besides, President of Dhanmondi Mohila Awami League Sheikh Mily also spoke at the view exchange meeting.
Earlier, leaders and members of Amra Tungipara Bashi greeted Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh and Sheikh Kabir Hossain with floral bouquets.
