Though he has been acting in the small screen regularly for last few years but Tanvir Khan never got the scope to work with own regional language based play. For the first time, he will be seen to act in Eid play which language is based on Tanvir’s own region, Chittagong,
He acted in Debashish Barua Dip’s play Biye Noguijjum. Abul Hayat, Chitralekha Guha and Irin Tani worked with him as his co-actors in this play.
While talking about the play Tanvir told this correspondent, “It is really a great pleasure for me to get the scope to act in Debashishda’s play. Earlier I never worked in own regional language based play. So I am grateful to Debashishda in this regard. I am also grateful to my co-actors who acted cordially while acting in this play. I hope this play will be enjoyed by the viewers in Eid.”
The play will be aired on Gtv on fourth day of Eid at 6:10pm. Ahsan Alamgir wrote story of the play, Tanvir said.
