Popular face of the small screen Tania Brishty was absent from acting from March due to coronavirus situation. After lockdown, she started shooting four days ago. She has already finished shooting of Sajib Mahmud directed drama Bhager Gari. Jovan acted against her in this drama.
Tania Brishty said that till next month she will be engaged with shooting of several numbers of faction plays. Next few days, she will take part in shooting of four dramas-Raisul Tomal’s Keu Nei, Shah Rakib Mohammad’s Hugna Nizam, Alok Hasan’s Bhaiya Chhyaka Khaite Chaina and Morsalin Shuvo’s Back To the Pavilion. Therefore, she is talking to more dramas with directors now.
While talking about returning to work after a break Tania Brishty said, “Once acting was my favourite work. Now acting has become my profession. During lockdown I felt bad due to not to work. Now I am feeling good because I have returned to work. We are taking part in shooting maintaining social distance and hygiene. As acting is my profession so I have to maintain everything during shooting due to survival.”
Tania Brishty attached herself with media through a reality show. Her first acted TV play was not telecasted. Viewers first watched her on the screen through a TVC of GrameenPhone. Shoraf Ahmed Jibon gave direction of the TVC.
Tania also said that before lockdown, she took part in shooting of Kaisar Ahmed’s serial Chan Biriyani. ‘Ghasphul, Dorjar Opashe and Lover Number One are Tania-starrer films. Tania’s father Md Suruj Mia has been living in Kuwait for many years. When Tania was child he went there and sometimes he comes to Bangladesh to celebrate Eid with his family.
She said after two years her father will permanently settle in Bangladesh. Her mother and younger sister Sonia are fans of her acting. They are also critics of her acting.
