Sheikh Arif Bulbon :In big screen, Irin Tani started her acting career by Badol Khondokar directed movie Bidrohi Padma. Later she was not regular in acting in the big screen. In TV play, she started acting against Mosharraf Karim in Sezan directed a play titled Mudra Dosh. Then she became a TV actress. Irin Tani came into limelight to work under Khalid Hossain Samrat’s play Biyer Koyekdin Agey, which story was written by Imdadul Haque Milon. Samrat is really impressed with Tani’s acting. For this reason, he casted Tani in a negative role in Samrat’s a new telefilm titled Pokai Khawa Kuri. Manosh Pal wrote story of the telefilm. Besides giving direction, Samrat has also acted in an important role in the telefilm. Tania Bishti acted against him. Shooting of the telefilm was wrapped up recently adjacent to Dhaka.While talking about the telefilm Samrat told this correspondent, “I have liked the story theme of Manosh. It is a traditional story. But its presentation attracted me. Both Tani and Tania Brishti performed well in the telefilm. Specially in negative role, Airin Tani performed tremendously well. I am really optimistic about this exceptional work.”Irin Tani said, “Earlier I had worked under Samrat’s direction. He works in organised way and cordially. An actress can really show interest when she gets such a director.”Tania Brishti shared her feelings by this way, “Samrat Bhai is a talented director. As a co-actor, he is also well. I am really satisfied to work with him.”Samrat informed that within very short days the telefilm Pokai Khawa Kuri will be aired on Channel i. Earlier under Samrat’s direction, Tania Brishti worked in a telefilm titled Bhoyonkor Ek Chhutir Din. It is now waiting to telecast in any channel. Rana Jakaria wrote story the telefilm. Now Tania acted serials – Samrat, directed by Syed Shakil, Ek Pa Du’Pa, directed by Ferdous Hasan Rana, Housewife, directed by Akram Khan, and Somadhan, directed by Mohammad Noman, – are being aired in different satellite channels now. On the other hand, Irin Tani recently finished shooting of Zahid’s movie Kolpo-Na. Tani acted several serials are being aired in different satellite channels now. Khokon’s High Society, Mohammad Noman’s Somadhan and Ferdous Hasan Rana’s Phul Ar Kata are mentionable. Meanwhile, Samrat yesterday engaged with shooting of Raju Chowdhury’s movie Shooter.
