A six-day solo art exhibition titled ‘Prints & Beyonds’ by artist Tamim Jalilur Rabbi was inaugurated at Gallery Chitrak in the capital’s Dhanmondi area on August 29.
Eminent artist Rafiqun Nabi was present as the chief guest while noted artist Professor Abul Barq Alvi was present as special guest at the inaugural ceremony of the exhibition which was presided over by noted art critic Moinuddin Khaled.
Former vice chancellor of Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah was also present on the occasion.
A total of 70 artworks by the artist Tamim are on display in the exhibition. These artworks were done during the artist stayed in France.
The exhibition will continue till September 3 and the gallery will remain open for all from 11:00am to 8:00pm.
