Sheikh Arif Bulbon :Due to change of her residence and physically illness viewers’ choice popular actress Nazia Haque Orsha was out of acting for some days. She was supposed to return to acting end of last month by a play. Due to mismatch between director and producer of that play it did not see the light. However, director Orsha took schedule from Richi and Sajal. In this case Orsha told this correspondent, “When the directors take schedules from the performers but they do not make any play the actors face maximum loss. But when any actor doesn’t agree to work despite giving schedule he/she has to face a lot of problems.”Whatever, taking a shooting schedule from Shimanto Sajal one month ago Orsha is going to work. After a break, she worked in a play titled Ay Bhor. Apurbo Amin wrote story of the play. How a criminal starts a new life will be shown in this play.While sharing her feelings to work in this play Orsha said, “Story of play Ay Bhor is absolutely outstanding. I always prefer to work in story based play. My role in the play was superb and challenging. I am very much satisfied to work in this play.”Kayes Chowdhury, Sajal, Sujat Shimul, Ashok Kumar, among others, also performed in different roles in the play. Kolkata’s popular singer Nochiketa and Bangladesh’s Manik gave their vocals for the title song of the play.Orsha came into limelight to play the role of Dipaboli in her acted first mega serial Shatkahon. Later she has matured her acting skill to work in several other serials and single episode plays. In the meantime, Orsha recently finished shooting of Zahid Hasan’s 100 episodes serial titled Raju 420. She performed against Zahid Hasan in the serial. Therefore, she has also acted in four other serials.These are: Runi’s Tarokader Sukh Dukkho, Sokal Ahmed’s Ekti Babui Pakhir Basha, Shahin Rizvi’s Nil Daar Kaak and Syed Shakil’s Samrat. Samrat is being aired on NTV now, Orsha said.
