The Inter Service Public Relations [ISPR] has requested all concerned to take cautionary steps before making any comment or presenting any speculative information over the Armed Forces.
In a press release issued on Sunday, the ISPR said some media houses are presenting assumption-based and fictitious information or comments about the Armed Forces. “Such assumption-based information or comments is unwanted, which may create confusion in public mind,” the release said.
It said the Armed Forces is a patriotic organisation which is fully respectful of the country’s Constitution and laws.
“Under the circumstances, we request for taking enough cautionary steps before making any comment or presenting speculative information regarding the Armed Forces,” the release added.
