Today is the International Women’s Day. For the third time, ‘Concert for Women’ is going to organise today. Popular singer Tahsan Khan will perform in the concert which will be organised by Universal Medical College & Hospital. The concert will be held from 12:00 noon to 4:00pm at Hall-3 of RAOWA Convention Centre in the capital’s Mohakhali area where all audience will be women.
Tahsan confirmed the matter yesterday and he said, “Earlier I performed in ‘Concert for Women.’ For the second time, I am going to perform in the concert. It is really a joyful matter to perform in a special day’s concert because if there is more arrangement of concert there will be continuation of practicing music. It is part of the art. Today besides performing in this concert, I have to also perform in another concert in Gulshan.”
Tahsan also informed that at the end of this month his new song will be released.
Dr Ashis Kumar Chakraborty, Managing Director of Universal Medical College & Hospital, said, “There is nothing new to say about Tahsan. When I organise any concert at first I recall the name of Tahsan who earlier performed in this concert. Before Tahsan’s performance, Bondona Chakraborty and Apu will also perform in the concert. I believe it will become a joyful concert.”
