The 155th birth anniversary of Nobel Poet Rabindranath Tagore was observed in the district in a befitting manner.
On the 25 Baishakh on 1268 BS was born at Jorashako in Kalkata.
Kishoreganj District Administrator, many socio-cultural organizations chalked out various programmes including discussion, meeting, cultural functions and Rabindra fairs.
A discussion meeting was arranged by District Administration at Local Art council hall on Sunday with Deputy Commissioner Md. Azimuddin Biswas in the chair.
A colourfull rally was brought out in the town led by Deputy Commissioner Md. Azimuddin Biswas marking the Rabi Tagore’s birth anniversary.
