The open trial to form national swimming team for the 73rd World long distance swimming competition will be held today at Syed Nazrul Islam National Swimming Complex at Mirpur in the city.
Two swimmers from each association will be eligible to take part in the trial process. The respected association’s swimmers have been asked to report on the date of trial at 9 am at Mirpur.
The swimming competition will be held 81 km and 19 km in men’s division and 19 km in women’s division.
The competition is scheduled to be held on September 28 at Bhagirathi River in West Bengal’s Murshidabad district in India.
