Tanvin Sweety is a noted actress and model of the country. She is also attached with the politics of Awami League besides acting.
She acted in a movie titled Russell er Jonno Opekkha, which story is based on the youngest son of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Sheikh Russell. According to the actress, she has already taken part in the shooting of this movie. Noor E Alam has made this movie. Sweety played the role
of Sheikh Russell’s teacher in the movie.
Meanwhile, for OTT platform Sweety also completed shooting of Anam Biswas directed a web film titled Dui Diner Duniya. While talking about acting in the movie Russell er Jonno Opekkha, Tanvin Sweety said, “Basically this movie has been made based on noted litterateur and also respected Selina Hossain written a novel. Script of this movie was written by Ahmed Yousuf Saber Bhai. Main theme of the Selina Hossain’s novel titled Russell er Jonno Opekkha is revolved with Bangabandhu’s youngest son Sheikh Russell. Russell was a student of Class-IV at University Laboratory School. Once he created intimacy with a peanut hawker named Dulal. Then one day Russell was missing. The story of the movie is the presentation of selfless friendship between Russell and Dulal. This story tells waiting for a friend for another one. I played the role of Russell’s teacher in the movie. While taking part in the shooting of this movie I really became very emotional. In fact, now many movies are being made on our Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. But the film Russell er Jonno Opekkha is really full of emotions. I really liked to work in this movie.”
Sweety also said that she also felt good to work in Anam Biswas directorial web film Dui Diner Duniya. Therefore, very soon she will take part in dubbing of FM Shahin- Hasan Jafrul Bipul directed movie Mike.
Sweety is also regular on the stage. In the meantime, she acted in Ramendu Majumdar directed theatre drama titled Pohale Sharbari. She received huge appreciation from the audience to act in this drama. Sweety informed that next month next show of this drama will be staged. Few days ago, Sweety also acted in Moyukh Bari directorial a short film titled Sathi. She is also acting in Nima Rahman directed Banglavision’s ongoing mega serial Gulshan Avenue Season-2 now, said the actress.
