Sushama Sarkar is an outstanding actress to play the exceptional roles. For this reason, she always gets priority to play exceptional roles from the directors. As a part of its continuation, this time Sushama is working in a
government-grant movie titled Gungkumari.
The actress informed that yesterday she returned to Dhaka from Sunamganj after taking part in shooting of the movie there for last few days. She is playing the role Roshnai in the movie. While talking about acting in the movie Sushama said, “Earlier, I worked in a government-grant movie titled Bhubon Majhi. Gungkumari will be my acted second government-grant movie. I have liked my role in this movie. I always try to portray my role properly. In fact, I try to give my level best effort in this regard while acting. I believe director keeps full confidence on me so, it is very much necessary to act the role properly on the screen. It is true that to act in a good role it is essential to blend with the character during acting. I am presenting the role Roshnai while taking part in shooting of the movie Gungkumari. I am acting with noted actor Tariq Anam Bhai in this movie where Farzana Chumki Apa is also acting. Overall, acting was very much joyful. Locations of Sunamganj were really nice. I enjoyed a lot to take part in shooting there. I give thanks to full unit including director of Gungkumari. I am
very much optimistic about the movie.”
Sushama also said that she has finished
shooting of Shishu Academy’s movie Uraal, directed by Rajib Ahsan. She is now discussing to work in another government-grant movie. Meanwhile, recently for the first time, she acted under Afsana Mimi’s direction in a drama
series titled Sayonkal for BTV. Now she is working selectively. For this reason, she is acting in Deepto TV’s ongoing serial titled Kajolrekha under Salauddin’s direction. Badshah, Chhuye Dile Mon, Sapludu, Gor, Dohon, Nabab LLB,
etc are Sushama-starrer mentionable released movies. Her acted Bulbul Jilani directed Roudro Chhaya and Nurul Alam Atique directed movie Peyarar Subash are waiting to release now.
