The Golden Jubilee of Masterda Surya Sen Hall of Dhaka University (DU) will be held on March 10 (Friday) in the Varsity’s Teacher and Student Centre (TSC) of the campus.
The Alumni will receive gift box from TSC at 3:00 pm on March 9.

Committee and Provost of Surya Sen Hall Professor ASM Maksud Kamal said it at a press conference held in the Dhaka University Journalists Association’s (DUJA) office on Thursday.
Road Transport and Bridge, Minister Obaidul Quader will inaugurate the function as the chief guest, while DU Vice-Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique will present as special guest.
Professor Maksud Kamal said that the purpose of the programme is to inspire the students of the present time to build their career.
“With the help of Alumni, a project of Tk. 50 crore will be built to create reading environment. Tk. 10 core will be distributed among the poor students as scholarship”, he said.
Sirajum Munir, President of Surya Sen Hall Alumni Association, Niat Ali, Editor and Publisher of Dhaka Bishwabiddaloya Shikha Praktoni Sangbad, and former Additional Secretary Rafiqul Islam were present in the press conference.
