Slow left-arm orthodox Arafat Sunny underwent a bowling test in front of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) bowling action review committee on Tuesday at the Academy ground at Mirpur.
Members of the action review committee set up camera from all around Sunny to monitor his see progress of his improved bowling action.
Golam Faruk Suru and Omar Khaled Rumi, the two members of action review committee, perfectly monitored the entire moment of Sunny’s bowling action. BCB’s bowling coach Mahbub Ali Zaki was also present at the time.
After the bowling examination, Arafat was found quite confident as he said he is hopeful as everybody has praised his progress of his bowling action. He said it will not be wise to comment as it is too early as it will take more time to complete the entire process of the examination.
During the last World T20, Arafat Sunny was suspended due to illegal bowling action. He has been working on his action since last April. Sunny kept himself away from the matches for most of the tournament of Dhaka Premier League and opted to work on his action in order to b4e declared cleared from ICC.
