The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka on Monday once again deferred the submission of the probe report in the Sagar-Runi murder case and set February 28 for submitting the report.
Magistrate Mohammad Yunus Khan of the CMM Court passed the order yesterday as the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) did not submit the report following
the order, the court passed on December 7, last year.
Sagar Sarowar, News Editor of the private TV channel Maasranga and his wife Meherun Runi, Senior Reporter of ATN Bangla, were killed at their rented flat in West Rajabazar of the city on February 11, 2012.
