Viewers’ choice popular actor Ziaul Faruk Apurba again paired up with Sumaiya Shimu after a break of one year. Under Shilpi-Ifti’s direction they worked together in Eid play titled Shondhi Bichchhed. Shooting of the play was done in the city’s Uttara area on April 12 and 13. They acted in role of husband-wife.
While talking about the play Apurba told this correspondent, “Story of the play revolves with various ups and downs in conjugal life. Shimu is a polite actress, a good human being. She is a good actress. I always prefer to work with her. In a word, I enjoy a lot working with her. In the new play, we worked cordially and I hope viewers will enjoy it.”
Sumaiya Shimu shared her feelings by this way, “Apurba is my all-time favourite co-actor. I always like to work with him because in shooting he always remains serious about his works. As a result, our acting became lovely on the screen. In this play, we also worked with very much sincerity. As a result, at last it became a nice work.”
Directors of the play informed that the play will be aired in any satellite channel on the occasion of coming Eid.
One year ago, Apurba last worked with Shimu in Ferdous Hasan’s a play titled Ek Pa Du’pa. They first worked together in Ashraful Alam Ripon’s play Sonal Phul. Later they worked together in many other plays. Tonight on Bangladesh Television Shimu acted play Charka will be aired. Ferdous Hasan Rana has made the play. She has already finished shooting of last phase of Amlan Biswas directing ongoing serial Shunnyota.
On the other hand, on April 14, Apurba informed that his acted and Mizanur Rahman directed a Boishakhi play titled Thikana will be aired on Rtv at 8:00pm. The same play will be uploaded on Youtube under the banner of CD Choice Channel tonight at 9:00pm where Mithila acted against Apurba.
