Sujan pays tribute to Bangabandhu

Railways Minister Md. Nurul Islam Sujan, MP paid rich tributes to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on Monday by placing a wreath at his mausoleum at Tungipara in Gopalganj.
After laying the wreath, the minister stood in solemn silence for some time as a mark of profound respect to the memory of the Father of the Nation. Later, he offered doa seeking eternal peace of the departed souls of Bangabandhu and other martyrs who had to embrace martyrdom on the fateful August 15, 1975. A special prayer was also offered wishing for longevity of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, reports BSS.
Director General of Bangladesh Railway DN Majumder, Additional Director General Manzoor Ul Alam Chowdhury, General Manager of Railway Western Region Asim Kumar Talukdar, Chief Engineer of Railway Western Region Md Monirul Islam Ferozi, Deputy Commissioner of Gopalganj Shahida Sultana, General Secretary of Gopalganj District Awami League Mahbub Ali Khan, Tungipara Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md Al-Mamun, General Secretary of Upazila Awami League Babul Sheikhand Municipal Mayor Sheikh Tozammel Haque Tutul, among others, were present.
