An industrial tour had been conducted by Southern University in Banglalink Regional Sales & Care Centre at Chittagong recently.
A team of 25 students leaded by 7 faculties; from the department of business administration went to visit the Banglalink Office. The tour included briefing sessions on experiencing real customer service being a customer, managing customer service excellence, career prospects in customer service and customer service profession special for male and female. The Seminar ended with “Question and Answer Session”. Muhammed Mehdi Hasan Chowdhury, Regional Customer care Operations & Manager was the Session Facilitator of the program.
The tour was coordinated and designed by Mr Mohammad Hasan Lecturer of Business Administration Department.
