The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka on Sunday deferred the submission of the investigation report of the case lodged against businessman Moosa Bin Shamsher to February 11.
Magistrate Nurunnahar Yasmin passed the order as the concerned official did not submit the probe report yesterday. The case was filed against Moosa on the charge of dodging customs duty and for submitting erroneous report about his deposit in the Swiss Bank.
On March 21, customs detectives raided Moosa’s Gulshan house and seized a valuable car. Later, officials of Dhaka Customs House lodged a suit against him for dodging customs duty.
