The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka yesterday deferred the submission of the probe report in a case filed over Gulshan Holey Artisan Café attack to December 28.
Magistrate Nurunnahar Yesmin of the CMM Court deferred the date as Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) Inspector Humayun Kabir and also the Investigation Officer of
the case, failed to submit the probe report by Wednesday and sought time. The court fixed December 28 for submission of the probe report.
On July 1, last year, five members of militant outfit Islamic State (IS) allegedly attacked Holey Artisan Bakery at the diplomatic area of Gulshan in the capital killing 20 people, mostly foreigners.
The following day, five militants were killed in a commando operation of the Army.
