A court of Dhaka deferred submission of probe report to May 18 on Tuesday in the case filed against BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia for hurting religious sentiment of the people and creating chaos through provocative remarks.
On the other hand, Dhaka district unit of the Jatiya Sramik League lodged a case with Gulshan Police Station of the capital against the BNP Chief and 13 leaders and activists of her party in connection with Monday’s crude bomb blasts in a procession in the city’s Gulshan area led by Shipping Minister Shajahan Khan.
