Chittagong City Mayor AJM Nasir Uddin said, Dr Zakir Hossain Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital (ZHCC) will be modernized and the present campus will be shifted to new building.
He called upon all students to increase the honour and image in future.
He disclosed it while addressing the talents reception held at college campus on Wednesday as Chief Guest.
Mayor said a patient has various aspirations to a doctor and called upon the homeo doctors to render their responsibilities with cordially. He also called the doctor to be more kindness to the disabled persons and these disabled should be treated without fees.
In the reception function, annual sports competition, prize distribution and milad also held on the occasion.
Principal of the College Dr. Md. Nurul Amin presided over it. Chief Editor and Publisher of Monthly Homeo Chetona Principal Dr. Abdul Karim formally inaugurated the reception function. Councilor and Vice President of the College Managing Committee Hasan Murad Biplob was the principal speaker it.
Divisional govt representative of Bangladesh Homeo Board Dr. Saleh Ahmed Suleman, Nuruddin Chowdhury, and Present of the Ex-students Parishad of the college Dr. Advocate Md. Sami Uddin were present on the occasion as special guests.
The chief guest handed over crest and certificates to the successful students on the occasion.
City Mayor also felicitated by the college managing committee by presenting crest and bouquet, sources said.
