Students urged to change their future thru’ research works

Vice Chancellor of Chittagong University of Animal Sciences University Prof.Dr. Goutom Buddha said young students should change their own fate through research education . He said some young students changed their lots through undergoing research work in home and abroad as well as emerges country’s reputation.
 The VC chancellor also told that to create the opportunities for research in field levels, CVASU opens campus at Coxsbazar and Hathazari in Chittagong .In these two campuses, students will get advantages for research work for the masters and PhD level students.
Prof. Dr. Goutom Buddha disclosed it while addressing the orientation program for the intending students for MS course in the university on Tuesday as Chief Guest.
Convenor of the higher education & Research of CVASU Dr.Md.Mesbahuddin presided over the orientation programme.
Among others, Dean of Fisheries faculty Prof.Dr. Md. Nurul Absar Khan, Dean of Veterinary Medicine Prof. Dr. Ahsanul Hoque, Dean of Food Science & Technology Prof.Dr. Md. Raihan Faruk, Proctor Prof.Goutom Kumar Debnath, Director of Students Welfare Prof. Dr.Md. Alamgir Hossain spoke on the occasion. Departmental heads, Directors, Provosts and Faculty teachers were present in it. Mentionable that 126 students get admitted in MS programmes under separate departments in January-June-2017 session, sources said.
