Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman said that students and their families suffer the most if unrest situation is created on the campus.
DU VC Akhtaruzzaman urged the students to build up as worthy citizens through maintaining proper use of their time.
“Instable circumstances hinder students’ regular educational life. They have to refrain from such activities that create unrest situation in the university campus,” he said.
Prof Akhtaruzzaman came up with the observation on Tuesday while addressing a programme held at the auditorium of the Institute of Modern Languages (IML) at DU. The Daily Star in association with Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) organised the programme titled “Promoting Knowledge”.
