Following the sequel of counter committees of Chhatra League Unit of Laila Kabir College of Nanupur under Fatikchari upazila, college authority has prohibited students politics instantly suspecting bloody incidents in the college. Principal of the college ANM Sarwar Alam in a directives through facebook ID informed the students and teachers of the college.
In facebook status, Principal said before Eid festival two counter committee of chatra league, college unit were formed and suspecting the unwanted incidents on opening day of the college, he taken this decision temporaily .
Within the span of three days of this prohibition, a group of college chatra league were found patrolling outside the college gate with weapons, it is learnt from local sources. Saturday was the opening day of the college and it was supposed to begin the class of the newly admitted students of HSC class, sources added.
Meanwhle , President of college unit President of BCL Mozzamel Hoque submitted a memorandum to college authority to withdraw the prohibition order.
Local eye witnesses sources said a group of unruly students were patrolling outside main college gate aimed at resisting the entrance of the President , secretary of the college unit inside the college campus.
Sources said a counter committee was formed led by Rashedul Islam and Shourab as President and Secretary respectively .
The previous committee headed by Mozzamel hoque and Sayeed Limon, sources said.
