The body of a college student hanging from a ceiling fan was recovered from Bhogoban para in Monirampur Municipality of Jashore district on Sunday night.
The deceased was identified as Sukanto Biswas 26 son of Shishir Biswas a resident of Pachkatia village and the 6 th year student of Jashore BCMC College.
According to witnesses, the body was hanging from a ceiling fan, some 3 feet off the ground.
Informed, law enforcers recovered the body around 10:30 pm, said Sub-inspector Jahir Raihan of Monirampur Police Station.
The body has been sent to Jashore general hospital morgue for autopsy. After get the autopsy report police can say it is suicide or Murder the SI said.
