A degree student of Kochua Bangabandhu Government Degree College suddenly collapsed on the floor in the College office room and then died within a few minutes on the way to the local health complex after he suffered a massive cardiac arrest at around 2.00 pm on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Ishaque Mia ,21, a degree class student, hailed from Monpura- Nayakandi village in Kochua Upazila.
College Principal Jalal Uddin Chowdhury has told The New Nation, Ishaque came to college to collect his admit card to sit for the Ist Year Final Exam in the college. But after collecting his Admit card, he suddenly collapsed on the floor in the office room. At once, he was rushed to the neighbouring Kochua Health Complex where the on duty doctor Nayema Akter declared him dead.
