Hajj Jatri Kaylan Parishad (HJKP) in a meeting demanded strict compliance of traffic rules in Chattogram Airport road to ease sufferings of the Hajj pilgrim beside the regular Biman passengers.
In a urgent meeting of the HJKP at Hotel Paramount International auditorium in the city on July 20 last with its President Ahmadul Islam Chowdhury in the chair urged CMP Commissioner to deploy required traffic policemen to handle the traffic movement strongly in airport road to mitigate the sufferings of traffic congestions.
The meeting was told that hundreds of hajj pilgrims are going to airport regularly in Hajj season beside the regular passengers and the congestions in this road yet to be normalized . As such , specifically Hajj pilgrims are the worst sufferers of this congestions. The meeting also expressed resentment over the miseries of the Hajj pilgrims .
Secretary General of HJKP Principal Dr Abdul Karim delivered address of welcome in the meeting moderated by Dr.Saleh Ahmed Suleman.
Among others, Prof Dr AKM Saifuddin, Adv Anowarul Islam chowdhury, Abu Mohammad Nurul Islam, Hakim Mohammad Ullah, Alhaj Md Sharif, Miah Ashraf Hossain Md Idrish Agrabadi, Shahjada Kaiser Mirza, Adv Md Elias, Humayun Kader Khan, Ahmad Hossain Khan and Alhaj Nurul Alam were present in it as discussants.
