Stocks opened week down, with all the major indices closing in red at Dhaka and Chittagong exchanges on Sunday.
The broader DSEX of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) finished the opening session of the week 30.72 points down at 4536.84 when the blue-chip DS30 and Shariah DSES were also down at 1736.93 and 1108.25 respectively.
Similarly, the prime CSCX index at Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) was 62.53 points down at the week’s opening when it finished the first session at 8503.79.
