Stock markets broke on Tuesday the gaining streak that had been continuing in the past three consecutive trading sessions because of higher activities.
The markets were upbeat in the last three days and took the broader index of the prime bourse up at the close of every trading session since March 29.
The broader index of DSEX of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) closed the session with 37.23 points down at 5,790.29. The Shariah DSES and the blue-chip DS30 also followed the same trend with 4.54 points down at 1,350.83 and with 10.73 points down at 2,165.99.
