BARISAL: Serve the People, a non-government organisation in Barisal distributed crests among 47 meritorious students of the area for their outstanding results in Secondary School Certificate Examination(SSC) 2014. In association with Habib-Shahzadi Foundation gave Tk. 1000/- and a crest to 47 (forty seven) meritorious students at Wazed Memorial Girls High School Auditorium, Chakhar recently, says a press release. The Foundation’s President Ms Shahzadi Begum attended the reception as Chief Guest. Mr Ziaul Hasan Zia, Headmaster of Chakhar Fazlul Huq Institution, Md Siddiqur Rahman, Headmaster, Wazed Memorial Girls High School, Kala Chan Somaddar, Headmaster, Salia Bakpur Fazlul Huq High School and Syed Muzibul Islam Tuku, Chairman, Chakhar Union Parishad were also present as a special guest, says a press release.
