The Board of Directors of Standard Bank Limited in its 250th Board Meeting held on Wednesday recommended 15% stock dividend for the year ended on 31 December 2015.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed presided over the meeting.
It was attended by Vice Chairman Ferozur Rahman, Directors Messers Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, S. A. M. Hossain, Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Al-Haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Gulzar Ahmed, Md. Zahedul Hoque, Al-Haj Mohd. Yousuf Chowdhury, Md. Iftikhar- uz- Zaman, S. S. Nizamuddin Ahmed and Nazmul Huq Chaudhury attended the meeting.
Besides, Managing Director and CEO of the bank Md. Nazmus Salehin, Additional Managing Director Mamun- Ur- Rashid were also present at the meeting.
