The System and Service Improvement (SSI) Cell of the Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) has been strengthened to improve its service to subscribers.
The cell located at the BTCL centre office at Eskaton, Dhaka, is working for monitoring, information collection and reporting aiming at correcting of any system fault, natural disasters and other faults, and a good management.
The subscribers are requested to call over 9320138 and 9320139 numbers for any fault at office hours.
