Popular viral song titled ‘Manike Mage Hithe’ was rendered by Sri Lankan singer and composer Yohani Diloka de Silva, popularly known as Yohani.
The song went viral last year and is becoming one of the most listened-to Asian tracks of all time. The song will now officially be a part of Ajay Devgn starring movie, ‘Thank God.’ The singer had to sing the song in Hindi this time. She told the India media, “Learning the language was the biggest challenge.”
Tanishk Bagchi has re-composed the song. The music director said, “Manike’ is a an upbeat song that took over the internet.”
While talking about rendering the song, singer Yohani said, “I always loved Tanishk Bagchi’s work and it is a dream come true to have worked with him.”
The movie ‘Thank God’ will also star Sidharth Malhotra, Rakul Preet Singh and others, will release in October. -Agency
