A four-member delegation led by Sri Lankan Education Minister Bandula Gunawardhana called on Education Minister Narul Islam Nahid at the latter’s office here on Sunday.
During the meeting, they discussed matters of bilateral issues.
Highlighting the progress of education sector in the past six years, Nahid said improving quality of education is a challenge.
He stressed the need for introducing of teachers-students exchange programme between the two countries for further improving quality of education.
Education Secretary Dr Mohammdad Sadiq and senior officials of the ministry, among others, were present on the occasion.
